Given the extremely short notice that we gave you, you pulled together an excellent marketing program for the house, including full colour brochures, a floor plan, and a CD tour of our house. The CD was particularly effective as it specifically targeted those potential purchasers who were more likely to purchase our house.

The floor plan that you drew up was brilliant, as it not only showed our house as it was, but included a conceptual 2nd story expansion. This floor plan helped overcome the one major obstacle that potential purchasers may have had with our house, that is the small second floor with only two bedrooms. Your architectural background was a crucial element to understanding this and overcoming this potential objection.
